I loved the outdoor hot tub. it was a fantastic experience, especially on a chilly evening. The spacious room provided plenty of comfort. Relaxing by the big open fire in the bar area was a highlight of my stay. Breakfast had a great variety, but I wished for more options for diairy-free choices. The staff were consistently friendly and very accommodating, making the service pleasant. I had some issues with the air conditioning not working well in my room, which added some discomfort to my stay. there was a broken toilet roll holder in the bathroom that should have been fixed before arrival. Despite these small setbacks, the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and enjoyable.

Nice outdoor hot tub. Room cleanliness could be better, found previous guest's items. Located near a golf course, which is a plus.

missingWrote a review on Sept 22dated decor
I had to reserve a table for breakfast even though it was prepaid, which felt unnecessary when only 30% of the dining area was occupied. The traditional breakfast seemed to lack freshness, having sat under heating lamps too long. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, leaving everything soaked including my belongings, making for a rather uncomfortable and dangerous situation. Lastly, decor in some areas appears dated and in need of touch-ups, which contrasts with the hotel's overall expectations.

Perfect little getaway!
This place was just what we needed for a weekend! The staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delish. We loved lounging by the pool and even had some snacks at the bar, which were on point. Just a heads up, the hot water in the bathroom was real hot, tough to nail down the temp. Still, a fab stay overall!

I had a lovely stay and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy a fantastic buffet breakfast and a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi. The spa facilities, including the steam room, were perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the parking charge, which felt a bit steep, but overall it was a great getaway. 😊

The hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff and clean facilities, making for a pleasant stay. While the breakfast selection was impressive, noise from nearby events made sleeping difficult, and the dining options could use more variety. it has potential but needs a little fine-tuning.

Well-equipped spa facilities, centrally located for activities, variety of room types available
No air conditioning in rooms!!! Paying £12 for parking seems excessive!!! Noise disturbances at night from corridors can be very disruptive!!! Limited variety on bar menu is disappointing!!!

Fantastic amenities and attentive staff
My stay was delightful, especially enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi after a long drive. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Dinner was absolutely gorgeous, and breakfast was a satisfying full English. I loved that my room was well-appointed and roomy, but I wish there were more options on the room service menu late at night.
